OTHER EVENTS ~~~~~
All clients must complete the Crossfit Foundations requirement prior to participating in the daily workouts. The Foundations requirement will cover the fundamentals of the movements, the 10 determinants of fitness; Nutrition; and teach you correct technique and form.
