At CrossFit Tucson, we are a CrossFit-based community focused on living well, eating clean, and serving others. We believe in hard work, intensity, friendly competition, and motivation. We provide you with a daily workout which we call the "Workout of the Day" and highly qualified and Certified Personal Trainers and fitness professionals to assist you through them every time, so you're never left alone, wondering what to do, or how to do it.

Our trainers are nationally certified with advanced training in Kettlebells, and are also certified by the prestigious RKC (Russian Kettlebell Challenge). In addition, they are trained in CrossFit methods, Olympic lifting, nutrition, and endurance. Take all that and throw in that they're great people, and you know you're getting the best.
Ron Holland is a retired Master Sergeant and SWAT Team Commander from the United States Air Force, and has been in the fitness industry since the early 1990s. He is a combat veteran of the Vietnam war.
In 1993, Holland decided to pursue fitness full-time. Having made fitness training an integral part of his past two careers, it seemed the obvious next step to follow his calling.

Will is one of the only RKC Level 2 Trainers in Arizona. He is CrossFit Level 1 Certified, and is a certified personal trainer by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a CKT (Certified Kettlebell Teacher) through IKFF.

Joel is a graduate of the University of Arizona and holds certifications in CrossFit and Kettlebells as well as sandbag training and injury free running. Joel is a great motivator and gives 100% effort to each and every one of his clients.

Alyssa is currently a student at The University of Arizona and is a Certified Fitness Trainer by the International Sports Science Association. She has been at CrossFit Tucson since 2011, training in Boot Camp, Kettlebells, and CrossFit.

Our group training programs emphasize scaled exercises to fit the fitness level of all participants. We offer a variety of group classes, including CrossFit, kettlebells, indoor cycling and boot camp. We have classes specifically for women, and classes for both men and women.
With one-on-one personal training in our private fitness training studios, you'll benefit from individual supervision from one of our professionally qualified and certified Tucson personal trainers, and you'll do it at your convenience at days and times that fit your schedule.
